Job Overview:We are seeking Assembly Operators to work on small automotive parts. This position involves assembling small parts by hand or loading parts into machines. The work is repetitive, and parts weigh 3-5 pounds. This role offers a great entry point into manufacturing with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small automotive parts by hand or load parts into machines
• Ensure quality and accuracy of assembly in a fast-paced environment (cycle time per part is roughly 12 seconds)
• Maintain a consistent workflow and meet production goals
• Follow safety protocols and regulations on the floor (e.g., no earbuds, phones)

Requirements:

• No manufacturing experience required
• Closed-toe shoes required (no steel-toes necessary)
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• 30-minute lunch and 10-minute break each shift
