We're looking for a Sales Executive who understands the demands of manufacturing environments and has experience managing onsite accounts to ensure client satisfaction and employee success.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a dual role focused on business development and on-site workforce management. You will be responsible for growing our client base in the Spartanburg area while also overseeing the daily performance and engagement of employees assigned to client manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, HR partners, and decision-makers
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close staffing agreements
- Stay current with local market trends and workforce demands
- Maintain accurate pipeline reports and client records using CRM systems
Onsite Workforce & Account Management:
- Oversee the performance and productivity of temporary employees at client locations
- Conduct daily check-ins, resolve attendance or performance issues, and act as the first point of contact for employees
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, client protocols, and labor regulations
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as fill rates, turnover, and client satisfaction
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and training processes at client sites
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or a service-oriented industry
- 2+ years of onsite management or account management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of light industrial staffing and workforce logistics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
