Position Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturing clients. You will sell staffing solutions, including contract-to-hire and direct hire services. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B sales, staffing, or manufacturing, and a passion for creating strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Develop customized staffing proposals and negotiate service agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry changes
  • Track activities and performance using CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and labor needs
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
