Job Title: Temporary HR File Scanning Assistant

Location: On-site in Spartanburg, SC. 

Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm 

Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks with projected completion Mid-January

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy temporary HR File Scanning Assistant to support a short-term project focused on digitizing employee HR files. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, auditing, and scanning confidential employee documents into our company’s drive in accordance with established employee file guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize employee HR files for scanning.
  • Conduct an audit check to ensure all required documents are present and correctly filed before scanning.
  • Scan and upload files into the company’s shared Drive following established naming conventions and file structure.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all employee information.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of digital records after upload.
  • Assist with other related administrative or data management tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills, including document scanning, file management, and cloud storage systems (e.g., Google Drive or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Prior experience with HR records or administrative data entry is a plus.
